My name is Lucie Ritchie, and I am excited for you to join my supervision and mentoring group! As a doctoral candidate, I have been researching neurofeedback and therapists’ challenges with integrating neurofeedback into clinical practice with complex trauma populations. I have also been applying numerous forms of neurofeedback in clinical practice for several years with various populations, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, CPTSD, and more. My work is rooted in the neuroscience of trauma, identity fragmentation, and nervous system healing. Supervision and mentorship in this space go beyond technique—we focus on developing your clinical intuition, understanding the deeper mechanisms driving symptoms (e.g., anxiety, addiction, dissociation), and learning how to work with the brain in a way that restores regulation, agency, and authentic selfhood.
